The Bloom of an Idea Award goes to those who gave me something to think about--from their own post or a comment on my own.  And I gave one to myself, thank you very much!

A lovely pay it forward award from Alexandra Crocodile at Friends and Crocodiles, to new bloggers. Thank You Alexandra!

Lydia Kang at The World is my Oyster gave me this lovely pay it forward award.  Thank you Lydia! I can honestly say that the "scrap" that comes out of me is plentiful, but it is honest and I love the award.

The last 2 years, and I hope this year, I participate and have completed NaNoWriMo. National Novel Writing Month is a fun, seat-of-your-pants approach to novel writing. Participants begin writing November 1. The goal is to write a 175-page (50,000-word) novel by midnight, November 30.  I have actually taken away 2 WIP's from participating in this event.

And before I was brave enough to start my own WIP full time I enjoyed Fan Fiction. This is a award I won for one of my Stargate SG-1 short stories.
